English Around The World

In case you were looking for an impartial article about how English is important, but it’s not the be all and end all, blah, blah, blah… I’m afraid you’ve come to the wrong place.

No, I’m not going to bang on about English being the language of the world and that you’re wasting your time learning any other language because I do not believe that to be true. • According to a recent HSBC campaign, there are five times more people learning English in China than there are people in England.
  • English is the official language in over 80 states worldwide – despite only being the de facto language in the USA and Australia.
  • English will, without doubt, open doors to more job opportunities across the entire world.

We speak English!
